Return Policy
Return:
All returns must be approved in advance. Before sending any item back, please contact us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as it was shipped to the customer. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be illegible for refund. A restocking fee of 25% of the original item price will be applied to the eligible returns and deducted from the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that all return shipments include tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Replacement:
If the item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us for a replacement part. Unfortunately, if the spare parts are not available from the manufacture, we can not guarantee replacement. If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery of the issue. Please include:
· Your email address
· Your order number
· Photos or videos that clearly show the issue
The replacement process can take up to 4 months due to the international shipping schedules.
Please note, painting issues or box condition are not covered for replacements/refund.
