Welcome to Mecha Maidens LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

3. Products & Orders

We specialize in toys, collectibles, and original branded products.

All products are subject to availability

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion

We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues

Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly

4. Collectibles & Condition Disclaimer

Due to the nature of collectible toys:

Packaging (boxes/blister packs) may have minor dents, scuffs, or imperfections from shipping and handling

These do not qualify as defects

We do not guarantee “mint box condition” unless explicitly stated

5. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

For pre-order items:

Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to manufacturing, import, or logistics issues

Pre-orders may be canceled at our discretion with a refund

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD

Prices may change at any time without notice

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Square, Squarespace)

We are not responsible for payment processor errors or delays

7. Sales Tax

We collect sales tax where required by law, including in Washington State.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Unless otherwise noted on the website while we are touring for conventions or business events

Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location

Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return:

All returns must be approved in advance. Before sending any item back, please contact us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as it was shipped to the customer. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be illegible for refund. A restocking fee of 25% of the original item price will be applied to the eligible returns and deducted from the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  We strongly recommend that all return shipments include tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Replacement:

If the item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us for a replacement part. Unfortunately, if the spare parts are not available from the manufacture, we can not guarantee replacement.  If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery of the issue. Please include:

·         Your email address

·         Your order number

·         Photos or videos that clearly show the issue

The replacement process can take up to 4 months due to the international shipping schedules.

Please note, painting issues or box condition are not covered for replacements/refund.

10. Product Safety Disclaimer

Products may contain small parts and will not be suitable for young children

Products may contain sharp edges or pointed parts. Handle with care to avoid injury.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for intended use

We are not liable for misuse of products

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to:

“Mecha Maidens” name

Logos, designs, artwork

Characters, concepts, and visual assets

are the exclusive property of Mecha Maidens LLC.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or resell our designs

Use our branding without written permission

Create derivative works based on our characters

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. User Content (if you allow reviews or uploads)

If you submit reviews, comments, or media:

You grant us a non-exclusive right to use and display such content

You confirm the content does not violate any laws or rights

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Mecha Maidens LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Use of our products

Delays in shipping

Website interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated.
